Title IX

Albright College (‘Albright’ or ‘the College’) is dedicated to cultivating a supportive learning and living community in which all members are respected, welcomed, heard and treated equitably. All community members are expected to act responsibly and ethically as outlined in our Albright Core Values. 

The College’s principles, which clearly outline that Albright does not discriminate based on sex or gender in its educational programs or activities, are in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

Albright College has distinct policies and procedures specific to employees and students. However, if you are unsure about how to report sexual misconduct, any member of the college community may contact the Title IX Coordinator. 

Sexual Misconduct includes: 

  • Sexual assault 
  • Sexual harassment 
  • Sexual exploitation 
  • Dating violence 
  • Domestic violence 
  • Stalking 
  • Retaliation
