Why Human Resource (HR) Management?

All bachelor's degree programs at Albright College include a 40-credit General Education curriculum that provides a strong foundation for academic, professional, and personal success. Students develop skills in communication, critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, scientific inquiry, and global awareness while exploring a variety of disciplines.

In addition to the 40-credit General Education curriculum and 39 credits in Human Resource Management, students complete the remaining credits needed to reach the 120-credit bachelor's degree.
