Master of Science in Organizational Leadership

• Analyze organizational environments and systems to identify key challenges, risks, and opportunities that impact performance.
   
• Develop data-informed recommendations that address organizational challenges and support strategic objectives.
   
• Design and implement action plans to improve organizational processes, performance, or outcomes.
   
• Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational initiatives using appropriate metrics, data, and performance measures.

All students complete the following core courses:

• MBA 606 Law and Ethics

Students also complete 9 additional credit hours through elective coursework or a concentration area aligned with their professional interests and career goals.
