Frank
Falso has joined Albright as associate vice president of development
and will also serve as acting vice
president of advancement, overseeing development and alumni relations.
Falso previously served as a partner with McGill and Associates,
a consulting firm that
provides a wide range of fundraising and organizational consulting
services for non-profits.
He also served as associate
vice president for advancement at Washing-ton & Jefferson College,
where he supervised the College’s development programs for
a $93
million comprehensive campaign, and as director of major and
planned gift programs at Susquehanna University during a $65
million campaign. His
special area of interest is in financial and estate planning
and the tax aspects of charitable giving.
In addition to his leadership experiences in the charitable arena,
Falso’s background includes more than 20 years of management
and administration in the private sector. He has owned
and operated two retail businesses in Lewisburg, Pa., as well
as numerous commercial investment properties.
Falso earned a bachelor of science degree at Clarion University
in speech education and a master’s degree in
education at Pennsylvania State University.
