IMPLEMENTATION PLAN – For decision-making purposes only. This will not appear in the Final Policy that is posted to the Policy Repository.
The implementation plan will be created during the drafting of the policy and must be included in the Policy Template prior to a policy's submission to any committee for which comment is requested, for example the Policy Committee or the Educational Policy Committee.
The implementation plan should include the general features or key points and any training essential for the implementation of the policy. This plan will be created in consultation with key stakeholders involved in the policy's implementation and should not be confused with the policy's accompanying procedure, which address this process in greater detail. |
