Orientation for New Employees (HR_EMP)

As a new employee at Albright College, a full understanding of the vision, mission, policies and practices is imperative to ensuring future success.  The first day at Albright will include a formal orientation with the Office of Human Resources.  This orientation will include completion of appropriate paperwork, an introduction to Albright through an overview of the Employee Handbook and other related policies, practices and procedures, a review of our benefit offerings, a tour of the College (if schedule and weather permits), awareness training, and the assignment of a College ID card.  During the first several months of employment, new employees will participate in specific on-the-job training, and will be presented with a variety of information to enhance familiarity with and inclusion in the Albright College community.
