Shine Bright Albright Awards

Meet the Awardees

Albright Trustee Emeritus John Scholl, former President of Berks Homes and a 1969 Albright graduate, will receive the Albright Impact Award. An outstanding former Lions basketball player for whom the college’s Scholl LifeSports Center is named, Scholl will be honored for his steadfast commitment and significant contributions to Albright’s success.

Reading Mayor Eddie Moran will receive the Community Catalyst Award in recognition of his service, civic leadership and community collaboration.

East Penn Manufacturing President Christy Weeber will receive the Albright Beacon Award in appreciation of her exemplification of ethical leadership, compassion, intellectual curiosity and dedication to community.
