Biography
Timothy D. Gross holds the Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and the Master of Arts in Education from Gratz College. He is currently vocal music director at Reading Northeast Middle School and adjunct director of the Albright College Symphonic Band. As a musician, Mr. Gross performs frequently in and around Berks County with the Carl Zeplin/Tim Gross Jazz Duo, the Standard Quartet, and the Blue Lime Sax Project. Mr. Gross also performs regularly with the historic Ringgold Band and Let’s Dance…The Orchestra. His theatrical credits include performances in the pit orchestras at the Genesius Theater, the Reading Civic Theater, and the Ephrata Performing Arts Center. In addition to his performance schedule, Mr. Gross served on the faculties of the Reading Symphony Orchestra’s Orchestra Zone program, the Reading Musical Foundation “Face the Music” program, and the Reading Summer Music Institute. He also teaches woodwinds and piano at his private studio in western Berks County.
