Joe Hocker received his BFA from University of the Arts, Philadelphia, and his MFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, Philadelphia. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally and is also held in public and private collections. He has taught at Temple University, The University of the Arts, Tyler School of Art, Delaware County Community College, Arcadia University, Pennsylvania College of Art and Design, and Delaware College of Art and Design.
