Biography
Denise Shade has been teaching at Albright since 2006. She has spent her entire career in the graphic arts industry. Denise currently works as a design consultant for Vigilant Internet Services and continues to provide graphic design services to clients as an independent contractor. She has designed books, magazines and educational materials for Rodale Press and Rodale Institute. She also was a consultant for Offset Impressions and Production Coordinator for William Fox Munroe, Inc. Denise co-teaches our Fashion Communications class and Apparel Product Development class. She works with the students to develop creative and technical computer design skills that enable the students to create magazine layouts, retail catalogs, advertisements, and other integrated marketing communications. Denise earned her BFA in Communication Design from Kutztown University.
