Adlai Binger has been teaching at Albright College since 1995. He conducts the College Concert Choir, Women’s Chorale, Albright Angels, and Mane Men. In addition, he teaches classroom theory and music history, and private voice. Mr. Binger holds a B.S. in Music Education from Gettysburg College, a Masters in Music Education degree from Shenandoah Conservatory of Music in Winchester, Virginia with additional extensive course work from Westminster Choir College of Rider University in the areas of choral music and children’s choirs. Before coming to Albright, Mr. Binger spent twenty years as a church musician in Harrisburg and Reading during which time he was active as both participant and as an instructor with the Royal School of Church Music. He is a member of the American Choral Director’s Association, Chorus America, Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, the Anglican Association of Musicians, and the American Guild of Organists.
