All athletic teams have the ability to work with our strength & conditioning coach for coordinated team lifts and most do. Those schedules vary by semester, team class schedules, in/out of season teams and the S&C Coaches availability. Most team lifts take places during regular business hours give or take a few hours in the morning or afternoon. We’re currently in the process of hiring a new Strength & Conditioning coach.
