A letter to Albright alumni emailed on 6/19/20

Dear Albright Alumni:

Our lives have changed significantly since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic earlier this year. The ongoing need for Albright to prioritize the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends has precipitated the need to make a very difficult decision about the celebration of Homecoming Weekend 2020. Due to the uncertainties that still exist and the need to adhere to guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the avoidance of large gatherings, we must pivot from our in-person, on-campus events the weekend of September 25-27, 2020, to a re-imagined virtual experience.

Though we may not be able to be together in person, we are pleased to offer a weekend full of virtual Albright traditions and activities right from the comfort of your living room!

An exciting line-up of recorded, livestreamed and Zoom events are being planned for you to join – everything from a President’s State of the College update and reunion meet-ups, to a virtual 5K and campus tour.
