Hobbies: In the past I enjoyed woodworking and fixing up our cabin and camping. More recently, we have been square dancing, taking walks, traveled to Alaska, Hawaii, Caribbean, Israel, all over the U.S., and working with our church.

Children’s Name & Age: Ryan Fauth (born in 1976) graduated from University of Delaware in 1999 with a degree in Computer Sciences. Working for a Software company in Wilmington DE. Married Abby Davis in June, 2008, who he met at U.D. Lives in Landenberg, PA. Megan Fauth Landes (born in 1979) graduated from Albright in 2001 with a degree in Elementary Education. Married Mike Landes in 2004. They met at Albright and moved to Maui, HI in 2004. They are both teaching in Lahaina, HI.
Grandchildren’s Name & Age: Megan and Mike’s children are Ethan Landes (born in 2008) and Olivia Landes (born in 2012. Ryan and Abby’s children are Phoebe (born in 2010) and Stella (born in 2012).
Hobbies: Since I retired in 2011, I have made several quilts and many quilted projects. I was singing before Covid with a Civic Chorus in Gettysburg and a Choral Society.
I have been swimming including a couple of open swim races at the Chesapeake Bay. Knitting keeps me busy daily and on plane and car trips. I have enjoyed making a few dresses and pj’s for the grandchildren. Making masks and protective gear during the pandemic kept my sewing skills up to date. Roy and I have enjoyed several bike trips now that we have new bikes with big seats!!
Albright Memories: Still remember being on the phone with my Dad, telling him everything was fine during our sit-in at the library…as the boys marched through the dorms singing..we shall overcome!! oops…And oh yes, sneaking out of Smith Hall to Dunkin Donuts (in Roy’s car) while my roomie held open the door for my return. (C.K.) will be known by her initials.

 

Roy Fauth

Employment History: My first job was in Buttzville, N. J. at the United Methodist Church. After seminary, we moved to Allison United Methodist Church in Carlisle, PA for three years. I then received privilege of call and joined the United Church of Christ and we moved to Trinity United Church of Christ in Gettysburg Pa where I served the congregation33 years until retirement in 2011.
Advanced Degrees after Albright: From Princeton Seminary, I received a Masters of Theology in 1972. I competed the Doctors of Theology in 1975

Hobbies: I have enjoyed playing the piano, wood working, flower gardening, working on our lawn at the lake, visiting our family in Hawaii, reading, and traveling to Europe.
Albright Memories: Working in the dishwashing room! Oh yes, my mustang was parked between two very nice cars, yet…someone stole my car (it was recovered)!!

Employment History: I’ve had a 30+ year career as an IT professional, working on private sector and public sector projects. After the affordable care act, did some healthcare consulting helping physicians implement electronic health records. Then consulting with state governments implementing Medicaid related projects. I’ve also launched multiple entrepreneurial ventures, including my current marketing agency, Noble Wise Marketing. Specializing in LinkedIn lead generation services for business-to-business companies. Now transitioning into email marketing – online course and services. So, I’m still at it.

Albright Memories:Too many to mention … but blowing up Gary’s model airplane comes to mind. Actually, and mostly, all of the wonderful “kids” I had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with remains with me on a daily basis, as does my Fraternity brothers, playing football, being active in college organizations and knowing one of my daughters graduated from Albright College in 4 years with 8 varsity letters (to my one (1). Nothing like your kids doing well and being happy in this confusing world.

Welcome to our 50th Reunion!

While our lives have changed significantly since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, Albright had to make the difficult decision to pivot from the typical in-person, on-campus events to a re-imagined virtual experience for Homecoming Weekend, September 25-27, 2020.

Until we are able to reschedule our in-person reunion for a future date, we will still commemorate this year with a virtual class gathering.
