The Society of Black Alumni (SOBA) invites black alumni to participate in a “For Alumni By Alumni” (FABA) networking event. Learn more about SOBA and network with other black alumni in your industry or area of interest. How has Albright served your professional journey? Albright taught me how to analyze and prepared me for law school and the field of law. I also had an externship in my senior year through the Political Science Department which provided me the opportunity to meet many legal professionals who served as references/mentors for me. Finally, I was able to combine my love for the law with my desire to teach through Albright’s Degree Completion Program. Albright allowed me the opportunity to develop a Juvenile Justice class and teach it for ten years.

I received the greatest honor from one’s college: an Honorary Doctor Degree in Humanities in 1979.
