2018 Alumni Weekend Recap

Alumni Weekend is back!

While some alumni attendees had not been back on campus for over 30 years, others just graduated and wanted to be part of this new annual tradition.

The weekend featured affinity and departmental gatherings for the School of Professional Studies, Sigma Kappa Sorority, Phi Mu & Phi Beta Mu Sorority and an Albright Angels & Mane Men reunion concert.

Other campus events included campus tours, athletic events, the dedication of the Kelchner Field improvements, Block Party, Campus Beautification Project and the annual Alumni Association Awards Dinner.

Six alumni were honored for their outstanding contributions and achievements at this year’s awards dinner, including:

The Jacob Albright Award – P. Sue Perrotty ’75

Distinguished Alumni Award – Michael B. Clearfield, D.O. ’71, Vito A. Cosmo Jr. ’84 and Scott M. Hunsicker ’92

Young Alumni Achievement Award – Salaam Bhatti, Esq. ’08

Mary Fry Good ’49 Service to Alma Mater Award – Michael H. Reese ’86
