Alumni email migrating to Office 365 – Albright College

Alumni email migrating to Office 365

Due to increased security concerns, starting on April 30, 2020, Albright College will discontinue the use of pre-2014 @albright.edu (Gmail server) email accounts.

Non-active @albright.edu accounts and accounts of those who did not officially graduated from Albright College will be deleted on June 1, 2020. Alumni who wish to keep their @albright.edu email accounts can opt in to join the migration to the college’s Office 365 email server. Please note: current account data will not be saved during the migration.

Save your data:

Whether you’re planning to keep your account or not — please download any emails or personal data that you wish to save from your @albright.edu account before the March 28, 2020 migration.

Opt in to join the migration:

An opt-in form will be coming soon from clientservices@albright.edu. If you would like to be sure your @albright.edu email account migrates to Office 365, fill out the form before March 28, 2020. Migrating accounts will also require a password-reset after migration.

If you do not wish to retain your Albright email address, no action is necessary, other than ensuring that you download any data that you wish to keep. Your account will be deleted automatically on June 1, 2020.

Multiple opt-in email communications will be sent with the Office 365 migration opt-in form over the coming months. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact Albright College Client Services at clientservices@albright.edu or 610-921-7676.
