Albright College Alumni Five-Week Step Challenge
What form of exercise is accessible to everyone and requires no special equipment or fitness wear? Walking! Albright invites all alumni to join the campus community in a challenge to get you moving this spring!
This challenge will run for five weeks beginning April 2 and will end May 7. At the conclusion, the participants who have walked 100 miles will receive a T-shirt. (10,000 steps = 5 miles)
- Challenge other teams solo or gather a team of up to four to join you. Invite fellow alumni and compete against faculty, staff and students! Your team average will be the competing score.
- You must use a fitness tracker that can be synced to the Challenge Runner app. All activities that can be tracked on your tracker and translated into steps count.
- T-shirts will be given to each participant who completes 100 miles over the course of five weeks. (10,000 steps= 5 miles)
- All steps must be recorded on https://www.challengerunner.com/Signin on a weekly basis. You can download the Challenge runner app FREE on your smart phone and it will automatically sync with Fitbit, Jawbone, Misfit, Garmin products, MiBand 2, and the smartphone Moves App.
