Ready to Roar Days: Summer Orientation

Confirm your commuter or residential status and select your meal plan through the Albright MyHousing Student Portal. Email reslife@albright.edu or call (610) 921-7641 with any questions. 

During your in-person orientation, you will work with an advisor to choose your fall classes. This is just one reason it is important that you attend one of these events.

Students who do not attend a Ready To Roar Orientation Day will choose classes at a later time, which can impact class availability. Email readytoroar@albright.edu if you cannot attend a summer orientation day.

All incoming students must submit completed health forms, immunization records and health insurance information to Gable Health Center. Log in to the Albright Student Health Portal by using your LionLink username and password to access these forms and upload your documents.  If you have any questions, please email gablehealthcenter@albright.edu.

HEALTH DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

Health Forms Online
You will find all of Albright College’s required health forms on the Student Health Portal. Once you are logged in using your Albright login credentials, you will find a list of important health documents to be completed under the 'My Forms' tab. This is also where you should upload your immunization records and your health insurance card(s). It takes about 20 minutes to complete, so please submit all forms and documents via the portal by Monday, July 13, 2026.

Health Services
The Gable Health Center is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to assist with any minor medical needs or referrals. Virtual health visits with a provider or mental health counselor are available to you on any day at any time, free of charge, through TimelyCare. Please register by at timelycare.com and create your account using your Albright email.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality requirements contained in federal regulations do not permit Albright College to disclose medical information about students/patients over the age of 18 to anyone, including family members. Information about medical services or health center referrals should be provided to others (parents and college personnel) directly by you.

Emergency
In the event of an emergency, health center and public safety personnel will assist in facilitating student transportation to a local hospital but cannot accompany students to the hospital.

Insurance Coverage
It is important that you and your parents remain familiar with the coverage contained in your health insurance plan, especially if you are a member of a health maintenance organization (HMO) or if your place of residence is outside Pennsylvania or the United States. This will be important in the event that you need to visit an urgent care or emergency room for an evaluation, testing, and/or treatment.

In accordance with federal regulations, Albright must have your final high school transcript on file to award any financial aid (including merit scholarships). 

Contact your high school counselor to have your final high school transcript sent to Albright Admission no later than July 30. To be considered for advanced placement credit, please also have your AP or IB exam score sheet sent to Albright Admission. If you have completed college courses, please request that an official college transcript is sent to Albright Admission.

To see your fall semester billing statement, use your LionLink username and password to log into LionPay via student Self-Service. Your fall ebill can be viewed in LionPay by clicking on ‘Statements’ in the left side menu. The overview page will reflect your current account balance. Payment arrangements must be made by August 5.

Your student ID is vital to access buildings, services, meals and more. Your Albright ID photo and card will be created during your Ready To Roar summer orientation event. Questions? Contact Public Safety at (610) 921-7670. 

Complete the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) waiver to decide who can receive information about your grades, financial information and student conduct. If you have questions, contact Wanda Copeland, Dean of Students, at wcopeland@albright.edu or 610-921-7582. 

Emergency contact information is required for all students. Complete and submit your Emergency Contact form.

Complete the Title IV Authorization form to apply funds from federal loans and grants to your student bill to pay for charges within each financial aid year. 

Another required task, if applicable to you, is to submit your accommodation request form as soon as possible. This document is intended for students who require adjustments to their academic and/or housing arrangements to maximize their success.
