Online Degrees
Accelerate your life. On your terms.
Ready to soar? Albright's School of Professional Studies (SPS) offers flexible online programs designed to help you achieve your academic and professional goals. Whether you're earning a bachelor's degree, pursuing a graduate degree, completing a certificate, or expanding your expertise through a co-major or minor, you'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's evolving world.
At Albright, you'll be part of a learning community that prioritizes your success from application to graduation. Our innovative online programs are designed for busy adults and supported by experienced faculty, advisors, and academic coaches who are committed to helping you achieve your goals.
All SPS courses are fully online, asynchronous, and delivered in accelerated 7.5-week sessions. With six start dates each year, students can begin when it's convenient and progress toward their goals while balancing work, family, and other commitments. Tuition remains affordable, with undergraduate courses priced at $300 per credit hour and graduate courses at $325 per credit hour. Financial aid is available for eligible students.
Students who have previously earned college credit are encouraged to submit transcripts for transfer evaluation. Transfer-friendly pathways and prior learning opportunities may help eligible students maximize previous coursework and experience, accelerating progress toward degree completion.
Build on What You Already Know
Your previous learning and experience may have academic value. Through transfer credit and, where appropriate, Prior Learning Credit, eligible students may be able to apply previous coursework, professional experience, industry training, certifications, or licensure toward degree requirements. These opportunities can help students make the most of what they already know while focusing on the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their goals.
"I wanted to expand my opportunities, but I’ve gained so much more than that. The SPS program is challenging but never overwhelming because there’s so much support. It’s enhanced my life and connected me with so many different people – it has really changed my life."
- Nikki Mendoza ’20, business administration, Reading, PA
Albright online degree programs have six start times per year - two each in fall, spring and summer - so there are no fixed application deadlines.
Online students are encouraged to take advantage of the financial aid that is available to them. To do so, you must submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and we encourage you to look into any state aid for which you are eligible.

School of Professional Studies Admission Statuses
Provisional Status
Provisional status allows students to enroll in graduate courses in order to qualify for admission to the degree program. Students may be granted provisional status if denied initial admission to the program, but specific requirements must be met before full admission is granted.
Non-Degree Status
You may be declared non-degree status if you apply for graduate study but do not plan to work toward a graduate degree. This status is typically reserved for students taking courses for professional development who may want to transfer to another institution or who want to maintain certification in their fields. Applicants for non-degree status are required to verify receipt of baccalaureate degrees by submitting a transcript.
Equal Opportunity Policy
Albright College is committed to a policy of equal opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, veteran status, marital status or disability. This policy extends to all educational, service and employment programs of the College.
