About the Program
Combining classic artistic principles with 21st‑century tools, Digital Studio Art builds technical confidence and creative fluency. Students work with tablets, imaging software, photography tools, and digital workflows to produce portfolio-ready work.
Hands-On Learning
Students exhibit digital projects in the Freedman Gallery, collaborate with Art and Game & Simulation majors, and develop digital portfolios through critiques, showcases, and internships with creative organizations.
