• Demonstrate understanding of major financial statements

• Accurately use economic models and methodologies (including graphs, statistics and other quantitative techniques) to make predictions about the impact on the economy of events or policy decisions. Predictions will include both microeconomic and macroeconomic characteristics and variables.

• Develop an understanding of the relationship between the government and the economy and how this informs public policy debate and reflects on current and historic events.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Accounting technical skills

• Acquire and demonstrate critical thinking ability, problem-solving skills and communicate effectively using the standards and methods of the business profession in writing, presenting and in-class discussions.
