Faculty and Staff Technology
Albright faculty and staff have access to many technology services!
Faculty/Staff Email: All Albright faculty/staff receive Albright email accounts on our Exchange server. You may use either the Outlook client on your college issued computer, or Outlook on Office 365 (Webmail) from personal computers.
LionLink: Lionlink is the Albright system that provides you access to the following systems and services via a single LionLink account password. You will be instructed on how to activate your LionLink account during your new hire orientation
- Self Service: Use the Self Service system to view your advisees, your students (or class rosters), or to enter grades.
- Moodle: Moodle is Albright’s learning management system. Many instructors use Moodle to share the course syllabus, to make course announcements, as a course discussion forum, and more. You may also use Moodle to access your class roster, to email the students in your class, or to enter grades. Moodle is also used for administrative tasks such as a recruitment tool for search committees.
- Library: Access Albright Library resources such as a variety of online journals and databases.
- Wireless Network/Computers: Use your personal LionLink credentials to log on to the Albright wireless network or to any college owned computer.
Client Services and Media Services: Call, email, or come to Client Services located on the 1st floor of the Center for Computing and Mathematics (CCM) Building for assistance with technology issues, password resets, or to check out media equipment for a class project.
Wireless internet access: Albright has a wireless network across the Reading campus. The network covers residence halls, academic buildings, administrative buildings, and many outdoor spaces! You can use this network to access the Internet with your computer, phone, and other personal networked devices.
Classroom Technology: For a complete listing of the technology equipment available in each classroom, see our inventory. Our Client Services staff is available to help you with questions about classroom technology. If you experience a technology issue during class time, call or email our special STAT line for a rapid response: 610-921-7828, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Computer labs: There are numerous computer labs throughout campus. To view a complete list of computer labs on Albright’s Reading campus click here. The following computer labs are across the hall from Client Services and assistance is readily available from our Client Services staff:
Document Storage on the Network: You are automatically provided with 10 GB of personal file storage space on the Albright network. Your network documents are secured by your LionLink credentials and are backed up daily. To access your personal network file storage from off-campus, you must install and use our VPN client. You also have 1 TB of storage on Microsoft OneDrive through Office 365.

Computer Replacement Cycle: Albright is on a 4-year computer replacement cycle. Please contact Client Services with questions about these procedures.
