You need a valid/current Albright College ID card. This is the only acceptable identification. If you are a student picking up a piece of restricted equipment under a faculty or staff member’s name, they must contact Media Services in advance of your visit to make arrangements with us.
You can make a reservation in several ways.
Call (610) 921-7676
Visit Media Services in CCM 100A, next to Client Services.
You will receive confirmation of your reservation in one of three ways.
– Over the phone.
– In an email response.
– Or in person.
Reservations should be made at least 48 hours before you plan to pick up the equipment. We cannot guarantee that the equipment will be available at any time.
During regular hours, pick up your equipment at the office. If you need to pick up the equipment when the office is closed, please contact Media Services 72 hours in advance of your pickup time for special arrangements.
The borrower is responsible for returning all materials on time in the same condition as when they were checked out (except for low battery power and normal wear and tear). Any damages or, if necessary, replacement costs are the responsibility of the borrower.
During regular hours, return your equipment to the Media Services office or Client Services located in the CCM building. There is an overdue fee of five dollars a day for any device that is not returned on time. If a device is overdue for more than two weeks you may be charged the full price of the item and any overdue charges you have accumulated.
Media Services delivers and picks up equipment under certain conditions. Please contact Media Services at least 72 hours in advance of your event to determine if we can provide setup support. Media Services is responsible for events being held during class hours in a classroom setting. For events outside of a classroom you can fill out a facilities work order for the set up of the needed equipment. Delivery and pickup requests received without sufficient notice may be refused.
