Password Assistance

Albright LionLink Account

If you have forgotten your Albright LionLink password, go to LionLink and click “Forgotten Password.”

You will be asked to enter your LionLink Username. If you do not know this, click ‘Cancel’ and select ‘Forgotten Username’. You will need to enter the email you set up as your alternate email in LionLink as well as your last and first names to recover your username.

Back under ‘Forgotten Password’, once you enter your username, click ‘Search’. You will be prompted to answer the security questions you set up on your LionLink account. Once you enter these, click ‘Check Responses’. If your answers match, an email will be sent to your alternate email address with a link and code to reset your password. If you do not see this email arrive, be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder.

If you are unable to reset your password on LionLink, never set up an alternate email, have forgotten your security questions, or if you still have difficulty accessing Albright online services after changing your password, visit Client Services in the Center for Computing & Mathematics 1st floor during our hours of operation or contact us by phone at 610-921-7676. Please bring your Albright student ID or other photo identification.  For security reasons, we cannot reset passwords by email.
