Ontelaunee Township – Water/Sewer Administrator
Ontelaunee Township is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of fulltime Water/Sewer Administrator. Ontelaunee is a small to medium Township with five employees serving a population of approximately 2,600.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, must be detail orientated and possess excellent communication skills and be able to perform normal office duties, including computer entry, accounts payable and accounts receivable, shared duties of payroll preparation and bank account reconciliation. Applicant will read water meters, prepare water and sewer invoices and prepare water and sewer certifications.
Applicant should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or GED, two to five years of responsible clerical experience, PA Driver’s license, pre-employment alcohol/drug testing and criminal background check is mandatory. Must have the ability to be bonded for up to one million dollars, ability to operate personal computer, copier and knowledge of modern office procedures and practices.

East Brandywine Township (Chester County) – Municipal Authority Secretary/Treasurer
The East Brandywine Township Municipal Authority is seeking an organized, motivated, and self-starting individual with experience in the use of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Pro software programs to serve as Secretary/Treasurer. Employee is responsible for attending and preparing minutes of the Authority’s monthly meetings, maintaining records, preparing quarterly sewer billing and collections, handling questions and inquiries from customers, and seeing that Authority business and finances are properly transacted. The ideal candidate will have some experience in local government, public administration, budgeting, or financial management. Candidates must be bondable and pass a credit and background check. Candidate will work for the Municipal Authority from the East Brandywine Township Office during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. Salary/hourly commensurate with experience. Borough of Kenhorst – Secretary/Treasurer
The Borough of Kenhorst is seeking a Secretary/Treasurer with significant skills with QuickBooks and the Office suite components of Excel and Word. Significant responsibilities as the Treasurer include Payroll, AR and AP, Bank Reconciliations and monthly financial statements from QuickBooks. Significant Secretary responsibilities include Minutes of the Borough Council, formal records of ordinances, to preparing meeting notices for the various committees and the Borough Council. In addition, the successful candidate should possess experience with annual reporting for PA programs ranging from Liquid Fuels to Act 205 to PMRS. The process of filing and records retention are a major emphasis of the position. The position compensation is $22.00 to $25.00 and is a full-time position with benefits depending on experience and skills. The final salary will be determined based on experience and education.
