Master Planner Certification & Continuing Education Units
Participants will receive 9 hours of credit toward Master Planner certification by the Berks County Planning Commission, attorneys are eligible for 9 Continuing Legal Education Units (CLE), and real estate agents are eligible for 7.
Course Description
This 3-session course is designed to help planning commissioners and other local officials gain a better understanding of subdivision and land development regulations and review. The course includes the most recent changes in the PA Municipalities Planning Code and focuses on:
- Subdivision regulation and ordinance requirements
- Subdivision and land development review procedures, and
- Design and technical requirements in subdivision and land development.
