Municipal law practice requires mastery of a complex and growing body of statutory and administrative requirements and processes. Municipal governments and other local agencies have many responsibilities, and the legal skills required to serve municipal clients must be wide ranging.

Although some of our attorneys principally practice municipal law, we draw heavily on the knowledge of our entire firm when handling municipal matters. We recognize the responsibility local agencies owe to residents and taxpayers, and we are committed to ensuring that our clients can effectively carry out those responsibilities. Our attorneys have extensive experience as solicitors and special counsel. We have handled a variety of  matters, including financing, legal investigations, real estate, employment and labor negotiations. In addition, we have experience in municipal  litigation matters ranging from land use and zoning litigation to defense of civil rights claims brought against municipalities and school districts. Whether we are needed as general counsel on all legal matters or as special counsel for a specific case, we are happy to be of service. We are experienced, knowledgeable, and creative municipal law attorneys who pride ourselves on providing effective and efficient resolutions to any legal matter.
