Institutional Planning
Albright Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is a systematic process that an institution goes through to define where it is, to identify priorities or goals, and to define the institution’s direction. A strategic plan allows an institution to align priorities and to develop a shared sense of purpose and vision among all constituencies. During its recent history, Albright College has gone through a strategic planning process every five to ten years. This web page provides links to Albright’s strategic plans over the years, and shares information regarding the current process.
