X-Biking Class!

An indoor mountain bike experience. Similar to a spinning or cycling class but MUCH MORE EXCITING!

X-Bike Class Schedule

 

  • 55% more calories burned on an X-Bike than a standard indoor bike
  • Burn an average of 500 calories during a 30 minute class  (dependent on body size and intensity)
  • X-Bars handlebar mechanism and allows the rider to engage the upper body and core musculature along with the legs and cardiovascular system.

X-Bike:

  • Moving handlebar
  • 7 upper body resistance settings and 32 pedalling resistance settings (on the handlebar)
  • Realistic movement
  • Cross-training experience
