OUR MISSION:
The Department of Public Safety is committed to
providing an educational environment, which ensures that the safety of
students, faculty, staff, and guests is protected within the available
resources and through the adherence of rules and regulations promulgated
by the College. Within the means available, the Department will protect
the physical assets of the College and foster an attitude of
cooperation with the community at large.
To maintain this safe environment, the Department of
Public Safety employs a complement of both full and part-time officers,
as well as a contingency of Student Security Officers. With this staff,
the Department is able to provide 24 hour per day service, every day of
the year.
