Why take R.A.D.?
Violence is for the most part on the rise; in the U.S.-one forcible rape occurs every seven minutes. The statistics of rape or violence against women can be reduced if more women took a self-defense program. Rape Aggression Defense or R.A.D teaches you self defense to survive an attack and to become more aware of your surroundings. R.A.D. teaches idealistic techniques for self-protection. The program ranges from awareness to risk reduction, and avoidance to basic physical defense options and advanced self-defense methods.
