Tips for a healthy heart:

A good way to keep a healthy heart is exercise and eating right. Exercise can consist of dancing, swimming, jogging, walking, riding a bike and many other physical activities. Exercise can be fun and rewarding. Eating a balanced diet with foods from all major food groups, focusing on fruits, vegetables and whole grains can also help your heart. Limit foods that are high in calories and low in nutritional value.
