Tips for a healthy heart:

  • A healthy diet - low in saturated fats
  • Aerobic exercise 30-60 minutes 3-5 times per week (this also helps with the following 4 tips!)
  • Keep your cholesterol and blood pressure under control
  • Avoid stress overload
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Quit smoking
