Meet Father Frans Berkout
Father Frans Berkhout is a native of New York City. He has a brother and three sisters. He completed his undergraduate degree at the City University of New York. He holds Masters in Philosophy from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas in Rome and Educational Leadership from Lehigh University.
Ordained a Catholic Priest in 1987 he has ministered in parishes and high schools before being named the Catholic Chaplain for Albright College and Kutztown University.
