Level 1 – Water introduction: Helps student to feel
comfortable in water and to enjoy the water safely.
Level 2 – Fundamental aquatic skills such as floating
without support, alternating arms and legs, basic
safety skills. Level 1 completion required.
Level 3 – Stroke development: Introduces elements
of butterfly and treading, front crawl and back crawl.
Level 2 completion required.
Level 4 – Stroke improvement: Develops confidence
and builds endurance in all strokes. Level 3
completion required.
Level 5 – Focus on stroke refinement and
coordination of strokes. Introduction of flip turns for
front and back strokes. Level 4 completion required.
Level 6 – Swimming and skill proficiency refined for
more ease, efficiency, power and smoothness with
greater distance. Four options focus on preparing
students for advanced courses. Level 5 completion

A 50-minute class designed to improve muscular and cardiovascular systems. Tone and energize your body while having fun! Instructors utilize both shallow and deep water techniques. (SSI) Scuba School International Certification
Fee: $225 for six weeks – Includes open water dives. Lifetime certification available.
You must have your own mask, fins and snorkel equipment.
Student discounts are available.
Cost includes book, dive tables, video, pool rental, pool scuba equipment and instructor/class. Must be at least 10 years of age.
