The most popular databases with management information are listed in alphabetical order. You can read find more information on each database and review the online help options for each database by going to our Complete List of Library Databases. Once you find the sources you need, you can see if we own that particular magazine, journal or newspaper by checking a full listing of the serial items that the college can access in print (in the Library) or by reading online.
- ABI/Inform Global, available via ProQuest, premier business journal & newspaper database, much in full text online.
- Business and Company Resource Center, available via Gale Business Resources, combination of journal articles and reference book information, with much full text online.
- Business and Industry, available on FirstSearch. with business and industry facts, figures, and key events.
- Business Management, available on FirstSearch, accesses practical aspects and approaches in business management.
- Business Periodicals Online, available via WilsonWeb, leading English language business periodical database, with some full text online.
- Mergent Online, available via Mergent Online, select "Enter Mergent Online" to gain access to financial information on over 10,000 US public companies, many International companies and US and International annual reports.
- Lexis Nexis Business, available via Lexis Nexis Universe, select the Business section to view business and industry news, financial information and business directories with most full text online.
- Lexis Nexis News, available via Lexis Nexis Universe, select the News section to view newspaper, wire service and media transcript articles with most full text online.

Check our list of online and print journals to determine which titles you can access in the library and online. If you cannot find the article you need, request it via interlibrary loan.

Reference sources provide solid background information on a topic or provide a quick and easy access to sources with factual information. You will want to consult them when you either want to get a good background on a topic (e.g., an encyclopedia entry) or to find a quick fact or definition (e.g., dictionary or almanac). The reference sources listed here may be in print or online format. Online database sources with a double asterisk, must be logged into as a remote user -- see instructions below.
