About Special Collections and Archives
The Special Collections and the Archives Department documents the life of the College by collecting items created by students, faculty and administrators during their time at Albright College. The materials make a rich collection documenting the history of Albright College from the 1850s to the present. Through the study of materials, researchers can understand social and cultural issues of a particular time period, or find answers to exact questions.
The Special Collections Department is located on the second floor of the Library. Please make an appointment with the Special Collections Librarian before traveling to visit the Library.
All Special Collections materials are kept on the second floor of Gingrich Library. In order to conduct research, patrons must make an appointment with the Special Collections Librarian. Email: sc@alb.edu Phone: (610) 921-7216
