Rev. Fred W. Solver (June 26, 1869-March 24, 1951) produced a series of lantern slides which he called "Beacon Lights of Evangelical History." He used them for a lecture about individuals and places associated with the Evangelical Association.

Rev. Solver was a graduate of Schuylkill Seminary, Class of 1906.
