IT Services provides services for you such as wireless networking, e-mail, and a variety of software and systems designed to help further your education and your interactions with the College.
IT Services Help Desk
The Albright College Help Desk is available to provide technology support for faculty, staff, and students. The Help Desk is also responsible for classroom technology, computer labs, and media services equipment.
You can come to the Help Desk with concerns regarding e-mail, accounts, passwords, software, computers, and other aspects of technology. The Help Desk Analysts will work to help find a solution.
Please bring your student ID if visiting the Help Desk.
