Purchase and Discount Programs

Albright College is not presently a reseller of computers or software.  However, some technology retailers offer generous student discounts.

Current Student Discount Programs:

Dell University offers 10% - 15% discounts on Dell-branded computers, accessories and peripherals (printers, flash drives and storage, cameras, etc.) with proof of enrollment.

Journey Education Marketing offers deep discounts on software from Microsoft, Adobe and many other major publishers.  Students or employees thinking of purchasing a new computer should compare the price of Microsoft Office bundled with their new computer to that offered by Journey Education.  This is often significantly less expensive than the Office bundles offered by many computer manufacturers.

The following applies to all programs listed on this page:

• These programs are not operated by Albright College.  They are programs run by independent technology retailers.
• These programs usually require proof of enrollment in (or employment at) an accredited undergraduate educational institution, but do not require enrollment at Albright College, specifically.
• The proof of enrollment required is usually a faxed copy of an acceptance letter or current class schedule (or an Albright pay stub with everything but the name blacked out, for employees).
• There are probably many other such programs offering discounts to undergraduate students.  You should ask the sales representatives of every retailer at which you shop for computers, computer accessories and peripherals, or software if they offer student discounts.
