Meal Plan Options
All residential students, except for those assigned to Albright Woods Apartments, must participate in one of the College's meal plan options. Your meal plan selection is applicable for the full academic year (fall and spring). For your convenience, the annual meal plan is billed per semester in equal amounts and is carried over through the January Interim session at no additional cost if the student is enrolled in classes or approved co-curricular activities.
In order to allow students to gain comfort with his/her meal plan selection, the College provides a reasonable period of time in which a change can be made. Each student is allowed a one-time change within the first two weeks of the student's initial semester of the academic year. For fall 2009 enrollees, a desired change must be communicated to the Student Accounts office by Friday, September 11, 2009. First-time spring 2010 enrollees must communicate a desire to change meal plans to the Student Accounts office by Friday, February 5, 2010.
Should you change a meal plan, Albright Bonus Dollars (provided with the Gold, Silver and Bronze meal plans) credited to your account will be prorated in accordance with College policy.
On-Campus Meal Plans
The Albright Gold 20 Meal Plan-----------------------------------------$3900 (per year)
- Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner six days a week. Includes brunch and dinner on Sunday
- Provides students with $75.00 Albright Bonus Dollars (ABD) per semester, which can be used at the dining hall, Jake’s Place, Jake’s Java, or the new Café at Schmu (Peg’s)
- We highly recommend that all freshmen participate in this option. Once students have established eating, study and work habits, they may choose one of our alternative plans in a succeeding year
The Silver 14 Flex--------------------------------------------------------$3450.00 (per year)
- Includes any 14 meals per week.
- Provides students with $40.00 Albright Bonus Dollars (ABD) per semester, which can be used at the dining hall, Jake’s Place, Jake’s Java, or the new Café at Schmu ( Peg’s)
*Freshman must select either the Gold 20 or Silver 14 Flex.*
The Bronze 10 Flex--------------------------------------------------------$2690.00 (per year)
- Includes any 10 meals per week.
- Provides students with $30.00 Albright Bonus Dollars (ABD) per semester, which can be used at any dining location.
*All Residential Students must select either the Gold 20, Silver 14 Flex, or Bronze 10 Flex.*
Apartment/Commuter Plans
The Commuter/Apartment 7 Flex--------------------------------------$1850.00 (per year)
The Commuter/Apartment 5 (Weekday Meal Plan)---------------------$1200.00 (per year)
- Includes Lunch only five days per week ( Monday- Friday)
Residents of the Albright Woods apartment and Commuter students may select any of the offered meal plans listed above. |
