Hearing Types
1. HEARING TYPE
There are three types of hearings:

Preliminary Hearings, which are heard by the Area Coordinators. They are for first and second minor offenses.

Administrative Hearings, Which are heard by the Director, Assistant Director, or designee. These are for third and fourth offenses, and fifth offenses, or offenses that are more serious in nature, or incidents involving five or more students.

Board Hearings, Which are heard by the Community Standards Hearing Board, comprised of Administrators, Faculty members, and students. These are for very serious cases, or students that have six or more offenses, or incidents involving a large number of students.
