The Goggleworks

The GoggleWorks Center for the Arts is a prime example of adaptive reuse in architecture, and derives its name from the original structure from which it evolved. Where there is now a hub of community activity bringing people together in the arts and culture, there once stood a leader in the safety industry whose groundbreaking innovations spanned over a century.

The Berks Arts Council

Berks Arts Council’s mission is to encourage and promote all of the arts, to develop an appreciation of the arts, and to enrich and enhance the quality of life in Berks County. The Arts Council presents the Berks Jazz Fest, the Bandshell Concert Series, the Pagoda Awards, the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts re-granting program, the Music Composition Program, and provides art exhibition opportunities for member artists.

The Reading Symphony Orchestra

The Reading Symphony Orchestra’s mission is to provide and promote high quality symphonic music to the citizens of Reading and Berks County through:

The Reading Public Museum

The mission of the Reading Public Museum, a dynamic center of lifelong learning, is to collect, preserve and interpret objects of art, science and civilization in order to educate, enlighten and engage current and future generations.

The Sovereign Center for the Performing Arts

The Sovereign Center for the Performing Arts is the main performance center in downtown Reading, hosting national and international performers and performances.

 The Freyberger Gallery is Penn State Berks' fine arts gallery.  It is located in the Perkins Center in Penn State.
