Procedures for Posting All Student Users E-mail

Email directed to all traditional, undergraduate students (students@albright.edu) may be sent directly to students by the following:

  • President
  • Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
  • Vice President for Administration and Finance
  • Vice President and Dean of Student Affairs
  • Vice President of Enrollment Management
  • Vice President for Advancement
  • Associate Vice President of College Relations & Marketing
  • Chaplain

Mail may also be sent to undergraduate students by the appropriate division assistant with approval from the respective Vice-President or President.

Email to students should be information of a general nature that is usually presented to all students or a majority of students. For example, information on experience events and course registration is probably applicable to all students. Residence hall closings will be applicable to the majority of students.

Other e-mail might include messages specific to freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. For example, adminstration may need to communicate information regarding the Academic Profile Survey distribution to the senior class.
