Description: Albright’s chapter of PSEA is a student affiliate of the statewide education association to which all teachers in Pennsylvania belong. All education students will be required to join PSEA during their time at Albright, specifically when they are student teaching. Joining the student chapter of PSEA gives students the ability to access money-saving coupons and discounts for supplies. In addition, our chapter runs a special program at 13th and Union Elementary, which is directly across from the College.

Typical semester/special events/trips/programs:

Albright's chapter of student-PSEA is a sponsor of the GRACE program at 13th and Union elementary school. Members of PSEA serve as mentors to girls in the hopes of building self esteem and self control in these students. PSEA meets at the beginning of each month. We hope to send members to PSEA conference in March. PSEA sponsors an educational speaker each year, exposing Albright students to teaching.
