Albright College - Clubs and Organizations

Description: Helping Paws is one of the organizations at Albright whose activities revolve around the notion of community service. It is our goal to be able to help as many people as possible in the surrounding community, as well as places in the larger world through participation in programs like the measles initiative. In working alongside the volunteer center, the members of helping paws enjoy the opportunity to provide service to those in need.

Typical semester/special events/ trips/programs:
-Bi-weekly meetings
-Participation in food drives (thanksgiving)
-Gift giving drives (Christmas)
-Snowstoppers: A community snow shoveling program.
-Fundraising for programs such as measles initiative
-Participation in homecoming activities.
