In addition to 22 varsity sports, Albright has four established club sports offerings: men's lacrosse, men's and women's rugby, and deck hockey. Albright also offers fledgling women's lacrosse and men's volleyball programs.

Men's lacrosse competes in the spring. Men's and women's rugby compete in the fall for Division and League titles and in the spring for Mid-Atlantic and national playoffs along with much tournament play. Deck hockey competes in the winter.
