HEAD COACH ANGELA NUNAN

Angela Nunan begins her fourth season as the Albright head coach in 2006. Nunan came to Albright in the fall of 2002 as an assistant coach. When the head coach abruptly left in the spring of '03, Nunan took the helm and led the Lady Lions to a respectable 12-14 season.

In 2004 she helped Albright improve to 18-17, and in 2005 the Lady Lions posted a 23-15 record and returned to the Commonwealth Conference Tournament for the first time since the 2002 season.

Nunan is a graduate of Kutztown University, where she received a degree in management and marketing. Prior to college she was a standout shortstop at Boyertown High School in the mid-1990's, earning All-Berks County honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Nunan continued her career at Kutztown, where she was named to the All-PSAC first team in 1999 as a second-baseman. Nunan was the recipient of the Kutztown coaches award on two occasions during her four years with the Golden Bears.

In addition to her head coaching duties, Nunan also serves as the equipment manager for all 22 Albright varsity athletic teams as well as the intramural and club sport teams.
