David is married to Dr. Lauren Altieri and has two sons, Matthew
and Andrew.
2001 Recipient of the Albright College Distinguished Alumnus
Award.

C. Leber, M.D., F.A.C.S. '63 received certification from the
American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1978. |
| However,
prior to his certification, David served in the United States
Army where he was stationed in South Vietnam. He served as
a Battalion Surgeon for the 1st Infantry Division from 1968
to 1969. He received numerous awards for his service including
the Armed Forces Honor Medal, 1st Class and the Vietnam Service
Medal.
David is also an active staff member for Grandview Surgery
& Laser Center and Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill,
and a consultant to the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic.
As a humanitarian, he has traveled to the Philippines twice
on surgical missions to perform cleft lip surgery and congenital
deformity surgery. He is widely published and has made medical
presentations from New York to California and abroad. |
